T O P I C R E V I E Waeln00Hi! My NN in Libra in my 2nd house is exactly conjunct my parnter's Eros in his 9th house. I have tried searching but I cannot find hardly any information on this aspect in synastry. It seems to be very significant and I've heard its kind of a rare aspect to have? Sexually, we are extremely compatible. Think Merienne and Connell from Normal People, loll. But I know NN conjunctions are suppose to be a karmic connection, so I don't know what it could mean for us to have mine conjunct his eros. I am more experienced and more confident sexually, maybe it falling in his 9th house, I'm suppose to "teach" him in this regard? Would love to hear your input on this RandallBump!RandallBump!RandallBump!sassaquaErrrorRandallBump!RandallBump!implosionsEros = Passions! Yes obviously this can be sexual, but mostly it's where we feel that buzz and hum for life and it's flowing magic.Eros connecting to the NN can be just that; one's passionate energy will draw out the North Node's direction in life, their curiosity. Could also go weird ways, but that entirely depends on the charts and the people themselves. Eros passions can be very sour and dangerous if they're not embraced in a conscious way. They'll can absolutely come out sideways. Passion can also be lust turned to rage; the flow of life has all elements of emotion in this modern day.-RRandallBump!RandallBump!aeln00 quote:Originally posted by implosions:Eros = Passions! It hasn’t come out sideways yet lol. My Sappho is also conjunct my NN/his Eros. Maybe that helps tone down the rage that could come with passionate feelings? It squares my Neptune/Uranus though. anevolenaPersonally I'd look for other contacts in the chart before I focus on this one. If there's other planets contacting the NN, or if Eros is tied to Psyche somehow, I'd wonder about this.Otherwise, I think this is too minor of a contact to be significant unless the rest of the chart is saying something. Specifically look to Venus and Mars, as they are the primary "erotic" energies. If they're doing something, Eros may kick in as well.
